  • International Shipping: Please be aware of potential customs fees or import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns and Refunds Policy

Due to the custom nature of our products, we have specific guidelines for returns and refunds:

  • Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos and a description of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
  • Wrong Item Received: If you receive the wrong item, please notify us within 7 days. We will provide instructions for returning the incorrect item and ensure the correct one is sent promptly.
  • Size Exchanges: As each item is made to order, we do not stock inventory for size exchanges. Please refer to our size charts before ordering to ensure the correct fit.
  • Change of Mind: We do not accept returns or offer refunds for custom-made items due to a change of mind.
