Shipping Policy

Made to Order
Every item is made to order. Production typically takes 2–5 business days.

Delivery Times
Once shipped, estimated delivery times are:

  • United States: 3–4 business days
  • International: 7–20 business days, depending on destination and customs processing.

Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by the carrier and may be affected by weather, seasonal volume, or unforeseen delays.

Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Customs & Import Fees (International Orders)
Customs duties, VAT, import taxes, and handling fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Incorrect or Insufficient Address
If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or insufficient address provided at checkout, the package may be returned. Additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery.

Returns & Refunds

Because all items are made to order, we follow a limited return policy.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos of the issue and your order number. We will replace the item or issue a refund when appropriate.

Wrong Item Received
If you received the wrong item, contact us within 30 days and we will arrange a correction at no additional cost.

Lost Packages
If your package does not arrive within the expected delivery window, contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We will investigate and replace the order if it is confirmed lost.

Size Exchanges
Because each item is made to order and we do not hold inventory, we cannot offer size exchanges. Please review the size charts carefully before ordering.

Change of Mind
Returns or refunds cannot be issued for:

  • Ordering the wrong size or color
  • Change of mind
  • Preference-based reasons

Unauthorized Returns
Items cannot be returned without prior authorization. Unauthorized returns will not be processed.
