Due to the custom nature of our products, we have specific guidelines for returns and refunds:

Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos and a description of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

Wrong Item Received: If you receive the wrong item, please notify us within 7 days. We will provide instructions for returning the incorrect item and ensure the correct one is sent promptly.

Size Exchanges: As each item is made to order, we do not stock inventory for size exchanges. Please refer to our size charts before ordering to ensure the correct fit.
- Change of Mind: We do not accept returns or offer refunds for custom-made items due to a change of mind.
